Distance Sales Agreement

Seller details are listed in the company identity block above (trade name, address, tax office, tax ID, email, KEP).

The buyer is the person identified by the name or title, email, and any billing details provided at order/registration. The buyer is responsible for accuracy of that information.

The subject is digital delivery of the VestaQR subscription plan selected by the Buyer for the term and price shown on the site and at checkout. The service is software performed electronically; there is no physical shipment.

The price is the amount shown on the pricing list and checkout; taxes may be calculated at payment unless included. Payment is taken via Visa, Mastercard, and other methods supported by the payment provider, on an SSL/TLS-protected page.

After payment confirmation, the service is performed electronically on the Buyer’s account by enabling plan features. Details are in the Delivery & Refund Terms.

Consumer Buyers may have a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts. For electronically performed services, withdrawal may be unavailable once performance has begun with the consumer’s consent and acknowledgement that withdrawal then ends.

By completing payment, the Buyer consents to immediate performance and that withdrawal may end. Where withdrawal still applies, requests must be sent within the legal period and form to [email protected].

Pre-contract information and plan descriptions on the site form part of this Agreement. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the thresholds published by the Ministry, or to consumer courts above those amounts. Otherwise Sakarya courts have jurisdiction. This Agreement takes effect when approved electronically.
