Delivery & Refund Terms

VestaQR is not a physically shipped product. After successful payment, the service is activated on your account immediately or within a short reasonable time. Menu URLs, console access, and plan features are delivered digitally.

Under Türkiye’s Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal may be unavailable for digital content / electronically performed services once performance has begun with your consent and you have acknowledged that withdrawal ends.

At checkout or signup you are asked to consent to immediate performance and that withdrawal may then end. After that consent, withdrawal claims covered by the statutory exception may be refused.

Where a refund is legally required or granted in goodwill, it is returned to the original payment method, typically within several business days depending on the bank.

You may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation usually does not end access until the end of the paid period (unless stated at checkout). When a plan ends, the live menu may go offline; menu data and subdomain may be retained for a reasonable period (e.g. 90 days) for re-subscription, after which the subdomain may be released and data deleted. See FAQs and in-product notices for current practice.

Contact us promptly for duplicate charges, wrong amounts, or paid-but-not-activated cases. Confirmed errors are corrected or refunded.

Consumer withdrawal rules may not apply to non-consumer businesses; subscriptions and refunds follow these terms and any written enterprise agreement.
